Ruby-Leigh Ball was an amazing baby and is one in a million. She is a princess and all of the way through her battle with Nec, she was 100% a fighter! Saturday 16th November 2013 21:50pm, Ruby Leigh Ball was born weighing 1 pound 12 ounces. she was a very healthly baby and for the best part of her life, she was healthy and made great progress, making her mum, dad and family very proud. Due to her being born 13 weeks early, she would have to stay in intensive care up until her due date in February. Up until her last days Ruby was in great health and care. A couple of days before she died, she was taken ill with an illness called Nec. She tried so hard to live her life to the fullest, her laugh was perfect, her eyes were beautiful, she is a star. Wednesday 27th November 2014, Ruby died after having 11 days living her life to the fullest. She tried to fight for her life but just wasn't strong enough. Even as days, weeks, months go by Ruby is and will always be in our hearts and minds 24/7. We would love raise awareness of the illness she suffered and raise money to help those with premature babies and who need support.
